Use the Complaints & Content Removal form so your report receives a reference number and response deadline. You can submit a report without signing in or paying.

What to expect.
Choosing the right channel is the fastest way to a useful answer.
- Urgent safety or illegal content
- Use the Complaints & Content Removal form and select “Trafficking, exploitation, or urgent safety”. These reports receive an immediate restricted response and manual review. If a person is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
- Content, consent and privacy complaints
- Also handled through the tracked form: you get a reference number, and complaints are investigated and resolved within five business days. Non-consensual intimate imagery reports are removed within 48 hours.
- Routine membership and account questions
- Email or call the concierge above. We reply as we work through requests in order; if your question is about a tracked report, keep its reference number and include it.
