Child Safety Standards
JoinTheSwing is an adults-only service. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation, child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexualization of minors, or attempts by anyone under 18 to use the service.
1. Adults-only access
Every account holder must be at least 18 years old and must accept our Terms before using member features. Minors may not register, hold an account, appear in member content, or be represented through another person's account. We may require identity and adult-eligibility verification and may restrict an account while a concern is reviewed.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
JoinTheSwing prohibits:
- Child sexual abuse material or any sexual depiction of a person under 18.
- Grooming, solicitation, sexual exploitation, trafficking, or coercion of a minor.
- Age ambiguity, youth-coded sexualization, or attempts to evade adult-access controls.
- Requests for, links to, or distribution of prohibited material through messages, profiles, media, or another service.
- Threats, harassment, extortion, or instructions that facilitate child sexual abuse or exploitation.
These standards apply to real, staged, illustrated, computer-generated, and AI-generated material. Our broader rules appear in the Acceptable Use & Content Policy.
3. Reporting and blocking
Members can report an account or content and can block another member through separate controls in the service. Anyone may also use our public Complaints & Content Removal form without an account. Reports involving a child, possible child sexual abuse material, grooming, or exploitation receive an immediate restricted response and manual safety review. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
4. Review, enforcement, and escalation
We may immediately restrict access to reported content, disable accounts, prevent re-registration, preserve relevant evidence, and cooperate with valid legal process. Confirmed prohibited content is removed. We report apparent child sexual exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or law enforcement when legally required or otherwise appropriate for safety. Severe violations do not require a warning.
5. Child-safety contact
Child-safety questions and reports may be sent to [email protected]. Include the relevant profile, message, or content URL and enough detail for us to locate the material. Do not email or redistribute suspected illegal imagery.
