Complaints & Content Removal
Anyone may submit a complaint or request content removal without logging in or paying. Reports enter a tracked compliance ledger and receive a reference number. We investigate and resolve every complaint within five business days. Illegal content is removed immediately, evidence is preserved, and the matter is reported to Segpay and relevant authorities where necessary.

What happens next
- We acknowledge the report and assign a reference number.
- Illegal content is removed immediately while we preserve platform evidence and escalate through the required secure channels.
- A trained reviewer evaluates the URLs, account, moderation record, identity/age evidence, and consent record relevant to the complaint.
- We may request limited additional information through a secure channel. Never send illegal imagery, full card data, passwords, or identity documents by ordinary email.
- We explain the action taken to the reporter unless law, safety, privacy, or an active investigation limits what can be disclosed.
Consent withdrawal and depicted-person appeals
A person depicted or identified in content may withdraw or dispute consent at any time. We disable the material while reviewing the record when the circumstances require it. If valid consent cannot be established, the content is removed immediately. If the parties continue to dispute whether consent is valid or has become void, JoinTheSwing may refer the matter to an independent neutral body at our expense where required by card-network rules or law.
Illegal content and emergency reporting
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Suspected child sexual abuse material, trafficking, or exploitation should also be reported through this form so we can remove access and preserve platform evidence. We report the matter to Segpay and the relevant authorities where necessary, including law enforcement or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children as applicable. Do not download or redistribute suspected illegal material.

Monthly processor reporting
JoinTheSwing maintains an auditable ledger of complaints, URLs, decisions, removals, consent appeals, notifications, and escalations. We prepare the required monthly complaint report through the processor portal by the fifth calendar day of the following month, including a zero-incident report when no complaints were received.
