Yes — Bliss charters the entire vessel, so every passenger is part of the event. The crew is the regular cruise-line crew, briefed for the charter's rules, and normal crew-guest boundaries apply throughout.
Can singles sail on Bliss Cruise?
Bliss is sold as a couples-only adult lifestyle cruise; solo travelers generally cannot book. Policies can vary at the margins on specific sailings, so check the current charter's rules — but plan on it being couples.

Which Bliss sailing is best for first-timers?
The shorter sampler-style sailings — the February 2027 Fiesta run from Tampa is the current example — are the cheapest, lowest-commitment way to test lifestyle cruising. The big November charters are more social and more intense.
