2. Current prelaunch status

The public launch list is free. It does not create a member account, start a subscription, or authorize a charge. Paid checkout remains disabled until the relevant product, processor, moderation, and fulfillment controls are approved and operational. Member media submissions are enabled: an upload is recorded as pending, and staff review it before it appears on profiles, albums, feeds, or other member-facing surfaces. Planned features or prices shown on the site are informational until a live pre-purchase page states the final terms.

3. Account, identity, and creator verification

Before a member may publish profile information or other user-generated content, JoinTheSwing requires government-issued identity and age verification, proof that the identity document belongs to the applicant, liveness checks, and a current content-provider agreement. Each person represented by a couple or group must complete the required process separately. Accounts are personal; credentials may not be sold, shared, or transferred.

Verification does not guarantee another member's intentions, conduct, health status, compatibility, or identity outside the scope of the completed checks. Use ordinary safety precautions and report suspicious conduct promptly.

4. Consent and user-generated content

User-generated content includes profile text, photos, video, audio, posts, comments, messages, listings, reviews, and any other material a user submits. Before submitting any content, you must have the legal right to do so and all necessary written permissions. Every depicted person must be an identified adult who knowingly consented to the creation and upload or distribution of the content. Content may not depict another person without that person's documented consent.

Member media and other content records — profile photos and previews, albums, feed posts, reels, and search-visible media — are subject to pre-publication review: a submission is recorded as pending, and staff approve it before it appears on those surfaces. You cannot approve or publish your own content, and submission does not guarantee publication.

Private messages are different: they are delivered directly to the recipient and are not staff-reviewed before delivery. We apply automated redaction that removes contact details such as phone numbers, email addresses, web links, and social handles; a member can report any message, and a reported message's image attachments are withheld while staff review it. Photos attached to a message are the exception to direct delivery: each one is recorded as pending and staff approve it before the recipient can open it. Until then the recipient is told only that the photo is under review, while you can always see your own upload, and a photo staff reject or flag is never shown. JoinTheSwing may also review messages for safety, legal, or enforcement purposes as described in the Privacy Policy. You grant JoinTheSwing a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable where required by law, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, and display approved content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and promote the service. You retain ownership of your content. We do not grant users a right to download or redistribute another person's content.

5. Zero-tolerance prohibited conduct

JoinTheSwing may not be used to offer, request, arrange, advertise, or facilitate prostitution, escorting, compensated sexual services, trafficking, exploitation, coercion, or illegal activity. Commercial sexual transactions are not a feature of the service. You may not move prohibited activity off-platform through contact details, coded language, payment handles, or external links.

Content or conduct involving minors, non-consent, intoxication or incapacity, violence, abuse, controlled substances, weapons, bestiality, incest themes, hate, self-harm, intellectual-property violations, impersonation, or sexually explicit visual material is prohibited. 6. Complaints, removal, and appeals

Any person may report content or conduct through our public Complaints & Content Removal form without creating an account. We remove illegal content immediately and report it to the relevant authorities where necessary. Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) reports are removed within 48 hours. All other complaints are investigated and resolved within five business days. A person depicted in content may withdraw or challenge consent. If consent cannot be established, the content is removed. When consent remains disputed, the matter may be referred to a neutral body at our expense where required by law or applicable payment-network rules.

7. Memberships, billing, and cancellation

When paid mobile access is available, the applicable store—the Apple App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android—will present any app price and in-app membership price, billing interval, renewal terms, and cancellation method before you confirm a purchase. JoinTheSwing does not currently operate a card-based digital-membership checkout and is not the merchant of record for those store purchases. Recurring memberships, when offered, are store-managed auto-renewable subscriptions that you can review or cancel in your Apple or Google Play subscription settings at any time to prevent the next renewal. We do not currently offer a free trial or introductory recurring offer. If that changes, the trial or promotional terms and any required renewal reminder will be disclosed before enrollment.

The pre-launch founding list is a $0 reservation: it charges nothing today, stores no payment method, and commits you to no automatic payment. When founding payment opens, we will email you and you choose whether to complete payment, in list order; nothing is charged unless you complete payment, and you can cancel the reservation at any time. Because mobile purchases go through Apple or Google Play, JoinTheSwing never receives or stores your card details. Store-purchase refunds are handled by the store that processed the transaction under its process; JoinTheSwing cannot directly reverse a store transaction. Details appear in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Report any unauthorized, duplicate, or unexpected charge promptly so we can help you reach the right refund channel.

8. Events, hosts, travel, and third parties

Members can browse event listings on the Plans surface, request tickets or RSVPs, and — where an event publishes a paid ticket type — pay through our checkout. Venue details may stay hidden until a request is approved. Events are run by independent venues and hosts, not by JoinTheSwing: those parties control their own services, rules, admission, and refunds unless a purchase page expressly says otherwise. JoinTheSwing does not organize its own events, and travel and stays content is for planning only — no travel or lodging booking is offered. A future addition, such as JoinTheSwing-hosted events or travel booking, will require its own processor, legal, content, and fulfillment review before it is offered.

9. Enforcement and preservation

We may reject content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, issue permanent bans, and report suspected illegal activity to processors, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, or law enforcement when required or appropriate. Blocking, deletion, cancellation, reporting, and lawful appeals remain available even when content-creation features are disabled.

10. Intellectual property

The service, brand, software, editorial material, and design are owned by or licensed to Bare Getaways LLC. You may not copy, scrape, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially reuse them except as the law expressly permits. Send copyright or trademark complaints through the Complaints & Content Removal form and select the intellectual-property category.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, matches, event outcomes, or user conduct. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bare Getaways LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss arising from another user or independent third party. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Indemnity, law, and disputes

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Bare Getaways LLC from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use, your content, your violation of another person's rights, or your breach of these Terms. Florida law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any court proceeding must be brought in a state or federal court serving Pinellas County, Florida, unless consumer law requires otherwise.

13. Changes, severability, and contact

We may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be dated and, for account holders, communicated through the service or email when appropriate. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, Content Policy, and purchase-specific disclosures form the agreement for the relevant service.
