• Block and Report: Members can Block or Report profiles, Letters, and visible member content from the app.
• Review standard: Our team reviews member reports and takes appropriate action, including removal or account restriction, within 24 hours.
• Enforcement: Illegal, harassing, non-consensual, exploitative, hateful, or otherwise objectionable content may result in immediate removal and account termination.

4. Human and Sex Trafficking Protection Policy

JoinTheSwing maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding human trafficking, sex trafficking, and any form of involuntary or forced activity.

• Prohibition: Any use of this platform to facilitate, promote, or engage in human or sex trafficking is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent banning and reporting.
• Monitoring: We employ active and passive monitoring systems to detect suspicious activity related to exploitation.
• Law Enforcement Protocols: JoinTheSwing has established direct protocols to engage law enforcement immediately upon the detection of suspected trafficking activity. We cooperate fully with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant federal/local authorities.
• Reporting: If you suspect any activity on this platform involves human trafficking, please use our immediate "Report" feature or contact compliance@jointheswing.com.

5. Prohibited Content

Users may not post content that is illegal, incites violence, or violates the privacy of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that does not align with our community standards of "Sensual, Discreet, and Respectful."

6. Subscription and Payments
