Refund Policy

1. Event Ticket Refunds

JoinTheSwing facilitates ticket sales for third-party event hosts and clubs. Our standard refund policy is:

• Full Refund: Cancellations submitted more than 48 hours before the event start time are eligible for a 100% refund.
• Non-Refundable: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event start time are non-refundable.
• No-Shows: If you do not attend an event for which you have a ticket, you forfeit the ticket amount entirely.

2. Membership Subscriptions

Monthly or annual membership subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.

3. Refund Process

Eligible refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. To request a refund, please use the "Cancel RSVP" feature in your event dashboard or email support@jointheswing.com.

4. Event Cancellations

If an event host cancels an event entirely, all ticket holders will receive a full refund automatically.
