Trafficking Prevention & Safety Policy
JoinTheSwing has zero tolerance for human trafficking, sex trafficking, commercial sexual exploitation, prostitution, escorting, grooming, coercion, or forced activity. The service is for consensual adult dating and community—not paid sexual services.
1. Current service controls
Member media submission and messaging are enabled for existing members. New public registration opens September 1, 2026, and paid checkout remains disabled. A signed-in member may submit media, but each upload remains pending and invisible to every other member unless staff approves it. Members cannot approve or publish their own media.
2. Prohibited conduct
Users may not offer, request, arrange, advertise, recruit for, profit from, or facilitate commercial sexual services or exploitation on or through JoinTheSwing. Prohibited conduct may not be moved to text message, another app, a payment handle, a personal website, or an in-person meeting using coded language or contact information.
3. Prevention and reporting controls
- At registration, the account holder accepts the Terms and EULA and confirms that they are at least 18; that acceptance is recorded.
- JoinTheSwing operates an identity-verification program using a government ID and an automated face-match and liveness check performed by an accredited third-party identity provider. JoinTheSwing never receives or stores the ID or facial images and retains only a pass/fail result and a receipt.
- Submitted member media remains invisible to other members unless staff approves it. A member cannot approve or publish their own media.
- Content downloads and live streaming are not offered.
- Anyone, including a depicted person, may submit a complaint or content-removal request without an account.
- The complaint process and actions taken on a complaint are recorded in an audit trail.
4. Reporting and urgent action
Anyone may use our public Complaints & Content Removalform without an account. Select "Trafficking, exploitation, or urgent safety" and include the relevant URLs and facts. Reports receive an immediate restricted response and manual review. Confirmed illegal content is removed and reported as required. If a person is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. In the United States, the National Human Trafficking Hotline is 1-888-373-7888 or text 233733.
5. Escalation and cooperation
We may immediately disable content and accounts, preserve relevant evidence, prevent re-registration, notify our processor, and make reports to law enforcement or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children when legally required or appropriate. We respond to valid legal process and protect reporter and victim information to the extent permitted by law and safety needs.
6. Training, accountability, and enforcement
Staff who review reports or moderate content must complete documented training on coercion, solicitation, age ambiguity, grooming, consent, evidence preservation, escalation, and trauma-informed handling. We may restrict or terminate accounts for violations of this Policy. Repeat and severe violations may result in permanent bans, and severe violations do not require a warning.
