What is a naturist resort?

A naturist resort is a property organised around naturism — the practice of social nudity in a wholesome, body-positive, back-to-nature spirit. Guests are nude at pools, beaches, and around the grounds, and the ethos is comfort, acceptance, and freedom rather than anything sexual.

It is important to distinguish a naturist resort from a lifestyle (swinger) resort. Naturism is explicitly non-sexual: staring, sexual approach, and overt sexual behaviour are against the rules at a true naturist property.
