How can I unsubscribe from the JoinTheSwing launch list?

Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email you received from the JoinTheSwing launch list. After selecting it, follow the on-screen confirmation. This is the fastest way to stop launch-list messages, and you should receive confirmation once the request is processed for this mailing list.

If the link does not work, contact JoinTheSwing support through the site. Include the address used to join and a brief note that you want to be removed from the launch list. Do not send an ID or other sensitive information for an unsubscribe request.

Unsubscribing from the launch list does not delete any other account or profile because new registration is currently closed and the launch list is separate from the members-only site. If you have also asked us to remove personal information, explain that separately so the request is handled correctly.

Processing may take a short time, and a message already scheduled for delivery might still arrive. After that, launch-list emails should stop. If messages continue, keep a copy of the most recent email and contact support again with the address that received them so the team can check.
