The Denver lifestyle & swinger scene: a local guide.

Denver's published scene comes in two formats: one membership-based on-premise club whose events run at Squirrel Creek Lodge in Littleton, and one clothing-optional stay-over resort in Aurora on the metro's east side. Here is what each one actually is, and how ID verification is planned to work before contact after launch.

What Denver is actually like.

Denver's directory entry splits cleanly by format. Scarlet Ranch is the on-premise club: multiple themed rooms, a dance floor and bar service, events held at Squirrel Creek Lodge in Littleton, and door pricing published separately for couples, single women and single men. Mon Chalet in Aurora is the other format entirely: an adult motel and lifestyle resort of fantasy suites around a clothing-optional indoor pool, operating under the same concept since the late nineties.

Denver lists two formats — an on-premise club (Scarlet Ranch) and Mon Chalet in Aurora, a clothing-optional stay-over resort for the Front Range.

Clubs and resorts in and around Denver.

Every venue below was checked against public sources as real and currently operating. We describe each one honestly — including where reviews are mixed — and link the official site instead of a stale address.

What we don't publish: street addresses, phone numbers and venue event calendars. The directory links each venue's official site instead, because that is the only place to confirm the night you are buying, the door rules attached to it, and how to get there.

The formats, side by side.

Two venues, two formats. Scarlet Ranch is the club night — the directory lists it in Denver, with events at Squirrel Creek Lodge in Littleton. Mon Chalet is the stay-over side: an adult motel and lifestyle resort in Aurora, on Denver's east side, rather than a club floor.

The metro's third directory entry is not a current option. Sugar Lounge is archived: the domain formerly associated with it now serves a parked page, so we could not verify a venue, nights or entry policy there. Of the two that remain, Mon Chalet's operational details carry an August 2026 check in the directory — so confirm the night you are considering on the venue's own site either way.

Before you go, venue by venue.

What each venue publishes about a first visit, what to wear and what to budget. These are the directory's own notes for each venue, not a summary of them — follow the venue name for the full profile.

  • Scarlet Ranch

If this is your first visit
A structured first club for couples who want a rules-forward environment. The singles policy varies by night — confirm before you go if one of you is attending solo.
    What to wear
The club's own FAQ says "You should always dress to impress at Scarlet Ranch!", describes the typical standard as "business casual for the men and daring sexy for the women", and lists what is not allowed — "No old jeans, logo t-shirts, ball caps or gang wear." A few themed nights require attire suitable for a formal event; check the specific event listing on the official site.
  • Mon Chalet

If this is your first visit
A motel-suite weekend is the lowest-pressure possible first step into adult-oriented space — privacy by default, with the clothing-optional pool as the social scene. Book directly, read the property's pool rules before arrival, and treat anything beyond your room as optional.
    What to wear
Clothing-optional at the pool per the resort's own materials — swimsuit or nothing, your choice.

Denver, answered.

Where does the Denver scene actually happen?

In two places, in two formats. Scarlet Ranch is the metro's on-premise club — the directory describes a multi-room venue with a dance floor and bar service, with events held at Squirrel Creek Lodge in Littleton. Mon Chalet in Aurora is a stay-over resort: fantasy suites around a clothing-optional indoor pool. The metro's third directory entry, Sugar Lounge, is archived — its former domain now serves a parked page, so it is not listed as a current option. Confirm the night you are considering on the venue's own site.

Does Scarlet Ranch require membership?

The directory describes it as a membership-based club, and the club's own rules and FAQ pages are where the current membership process and entry requirements live. Door pricing is published separately for couples, single women and single men, so check the night's rates and any conditions on the club's site rather than assuming a couples-only door.

What should you wear to Scarlet Ranch?

The club's own FAQ says “You should always dress to impress at Scarlet Ranch!”, describes the typical standard as “business casual for the men and daring sexy for the women”, and lists what is not allowed — “No old jeans, logo t-shirts, ball caps or gang wear.” A few themed nights require attire suitable for a formal event, so check the specific event listing.

Can single men attend the Denver venues?

Each venue sets its own terms. Scarlet Ranch publishes separate door pricing for couples, single women and single men, and its single-male conditions vary by night — the club's site is where the current policy for your night lives. Mon Chalet's travel record tells readers to check the current minimum age and rules for couples and singles before buying a pass or booking a room.

What is Mon Chalet?

An adult motel and lifestyle resort in Aurora, on Denver's east side, operating under the same concept since the late nineties. The format is a stay-over property rather than a club night: individually themed fantasy suites, many with whirlpools, built around a clothing-optional indoor heated pool and hot-tub complex that the resort describes as naked-or-swimsuit, your choice. Rates, suite details and pool rules are published on the resort's own site.

Do Mon Chalet reservations need planning ahead?

For busy dates, yes: the resort's own FAQ says that “for certain events and holidays during the year, all of our suites may be reserved” and that reservations for those dates “fill months in advance”. The pool is indoors and heated, but the travel record still warns that winter weather can affect the trip to Aurora — check roads, room availability and pass terms directly, and book through the resort rather than third-party summaries.

Is a first Denver visit better at the club or the resort?

The directory's own first-timer notes draw the line. Scarlet Ranch is described as a structured first club for couples who want a rules-forward environment, with a singles policy that varies by night — confirm it before you go if one of you is attending solo. Mon Chalet is what the directory calls “the lowest-pressure possible first step into adult-oriented space”: privacy by default, with the clothing-optional pool as the social scene, and nothing beyond your room treated as compulsory.

Which Front Range cities have their own pages here?

Five, on the Colorado city-pages hub: Denver, Aurora and Lakewood in Metro Denver, plus Boulder and Colorado Springs. Each page describes that community's nearest listed venues — Aurora's notes the resort is in town with club nights fifteen to twenty minutes west, and Lakewood's page puts it ten to fifteen minutes from the metro's venues, by its own record. Every page ends at the same two venues, because those are the ones the directory can verify.

How do Colorado Springs and Boulder reach the scene?

Through Denver — both cities' own records say so. Colorado Springs has no established on-premise club; its page puts the real scene roughly an hour north and calls it a destination night or an overnight. Boulder has no venue of its own either; its page describes Denver's scene as thirty to forty-five minutes down US-36, with both venues in range for a planned night out. Check each venue's own calendar and entry rules before you plan it.
