What does Yes/No/Maybe List mean?
A private checklist for identifying welcomed interests, firm limits, and topics that need more discussion before an encounter.

A Yes/No/Maybe List is a private planning tool for naming interests, boundaries, and uncertainties before a social or intimate encounter. “Yes” items are welcome possibilities, “No” items are firm limits, and “Maybe” items require more information, discussion, or a later decision. The list helps people communicate clearly without guessing, pressure, or treating silence as agreement with every person who may be involved.
Partners should complete their lists separately, compare them calmly, and revisit them whenever circumstances or comfort levels change. A Maybe is not permission; it is a prompt for conversation. Likewise, a No does not require justification and should remain respected. Because preferences are personal and can shift, the list works best alongside ongoing check-ins, venue house rules, and mutual care.
