Do both partners need to create a profile on a lifestyle site?
Yes. At launch, each adult will have their own account, credentials and identity verification. Consensual relationship representation can be shared; a partner's check or action does not replace yours. New registration remains closed until the coordinated native-app release is approved. Identity review does not prove consent or future conduct.
A couple profile can be misrepresented when only one person participates in setup. Independent accounts and identity checks make each person's participation explicit, but they cannot establish the relationship, prove continuing agreement or eliminate deceptive conduct.
Each adult completes their own Veriff document, face-match and liveness flow under the provider's privacy and retention terms. JoinTheSwing retains the decision, consent receipt, provider reference and non-biometric review metadata rather than source ID or face images. One person's verification cannot stand in for their partner's.
At launch, your individual account will be separate from any shared relationship representation. Each person uses their own account and credentials. Joining or changing a shared representation requires the affected people's consent; being represented together does not make one person's private choices or messages available to the other.
Withdrawal, blocking and reporting are personal choices. A partner's verification or previous agreement does not authorize a later message, RSVP or profile change. Review the permissions and relationship choices shown in the product, and use support if something does not reflect your decision.
New registration remains closed while the required release work and approvals are incomplete. Registration and digital membership purchases will begin in native apps after approval. Existing members retain the complete web experience, whether they are single or part of a relationship.
