A newer category built around identity review before contact opens. When JoinTheSwing member access opens, only profiles that complete the required review will be available for discovery or contact. JoinTheSwing is opening soon in 2026, subject to our safety and compliance checks.
How JoinTheSwing will work as an app
A planned discreet PWA — no App Store required.
JoinTheSwing is being built with a Progressive Web App option. The plan is that a member could open it in Safari on iPhone or Chrome on Android, tap the share or install prompt, and add it to the home screen without an App Store purchase-history entry, using the JoinTheSwing name and icon. Native iOS and Android apps are in testing and not yet on the public App Store or Google Play, and new registration is planned to use the native apps, with the web experience for existing members. Push notifications are planned for supported devices when a member opts in; this guide does not promise offline browsing or a release date.
After registration opens, both partners complete provider-backed ID and selfie review before member search or messaging opens. The identity check runs through Veriff, and from the current Veriff check the images never reach JoinTheSwing; we keep the verification result, the provider session reference, a consent receipt and non-biometric review metadata, and provider terms apply.
