How do we write a good lifestyle profile as a couple?
Lead with who you are socially — your personality, your interests, what kind of connections you are looking for — rather than a list of physical characteristics. Specific details beat vague generalities. A profile that sounds like a real person wrote it will outperform a checklist every time.
The most effective lifestyle profiles read like a genuine introduction from real people, not a form that was filled in. Start with a paragraph about who you are as a couple — how long you have been together, what you enjoy socially, what drew you to the lifestyle community — before you get to preferences and logistics.
Specificity is your advantage. A profile that says 'we enjoy live music, good bourbon, and beach weekends' is far more interesting than one that says 'we enjoy having fun and meeting new people.' The former gives others something real to connect on; the latter says nothing.
On the preferences side, be precise about what you are and are not open to. Your swap preference, your interest in same-room vs separate-room dynamics, whether you are looking for couples only or also open to singles, geographic preferences — these details help the right people find you and help you avoid the wrong conversations.
Photos matter. The profiles that attract the most interest have at least one clear face photo (visible to verified members who you approve), at least one photo of both partners together, and a photo or two that communicates something about your personality rather than just your appearance.
Keep your profile honest. If you state a preference you do not actually hold, you will waste your time and other people's time on conversations that go nowhere. The verification layer already confirms you are real — your profile's job is to communicate who you actually are.
