Does joining the JoinTheSwing launch list create an account or profile?

Joining the free launch list is only an expression of interest while new registration is closed. It does not create a JoinTheSwing member account, login, or member profile, and it does not provide access to the members-only gated site. No account credentials are created as part of the launch-list signup.

When registration opens, creating an account will be a separate process. The site is members-only and gated, and identity verification uses ID plus liveness checks through a third-party provider. JoinTheSwing does not retain the source ID images. Verification requirements and timing may change, so follow the instructions shown during the actual registration process.

A launch-list entry should not be treated as a profile. It is not a member profile and does not create the profile used inside the gated site.
