The Houses surface is JoinTheSwing's venue and partner layer. Lifestyle clubs, resorts, private event spaces, and recurring host couples can all create a House — a verified presence on the platform that describes their style, capacity, entry requirements, and what members can expect.

A House gives physical venues a digital home that is integrated with the trust infrastructure. When a member browses Houses and finds one that fits, they can see the venue's verification status, read event history, and request access — all without the House needing to maintain a separate website or directory listing.

For hosts and venues, Houses provide operational tools: RSVP management for events linked to the House, attribution tracking when members book stays or join events, and a support channel for any issues that arise before, during, or after an event.
