What privacy controls do single women get on JoinTheSwing?
The same privacy architecture every member gets, held entirely under your own account: zero-retention Veriff verification (JoinTheSwing never sees or stores your ID or face images), private albums with revocable access you can grant or pull per member, an approximate rather than exact location, and a profile that is never visible to the open internet.
Verification itself is privacy-protective: your government ID and selfie go straight to Veriff, our verification provider, and JoinTheSwing only ever receives a pass/fail result — never the images themselves. That's true for every member, and it's the foundation everything else sits on.
Beyond verification, your profile location shows as approximate rather than exact, so nobody can pinpoint where you live or work from your profile. Private albums let you share photos selectively and revoke that access at any time, per member — access isn't permanent once granted.
Your profile also isn't indexed or visible outside the platform; there is no public directory of members, and search engines don't see member profiles. What's visible to other verified members is what you choose to share, on your own account, under your own settings.
Because a single membership is its own account rather than shared with a partner, every one of these settings is yours alone to configure — nobody else's decisions affect what you show or who can reach you.
